Reactivation Shampoo (Rs), 5 L

A ceramic coating does not lose its performance all at once. Initially, its water-repellent properties begin to weaken. Over time, hard water spots may appear on the paintwork: mineral deposits caused by calcium and magnesium salts that cannot be removed with a regular wash.

Koch-Chemie Reactivation Shampoo (Rs) is an acidic shampoo designed to dissolve these deposits and restore the coating’s original performance. It is not intended for weekly washing, but for periodic restorative treatment, usually carried out approximately once a year.

Areas of application:

— Vehicles with ceramic coatings or sealants that have lost their hydrophobic properties

— Paintwork and wheel rims affected by hard water spots

— All types of painted surfaces and wheel rims

Directions for use:

First, remove heavy contamination using an alkaline pre-cleaner and a pressure washer.

Dilute 50 mL of shampoo in 10 litres of water at a ratio of 1:200 to obtain a solution with a pH of approximately 3.0. When using foam application equipment, adjust the dilution according to the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.

Wash the pre-cleaned vehicle while it is still wet, working section by section with a sponge or wash mitt. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry the vehicle completely.

Wear protective gloves during use. Do not allow the product to freeze. Store away from direct sunlight.

Suitable for professional and private use, including detailing centres and owners of vehicles protected with ceramic coatings.
