Koch-Chemie Polish & Sealing Foam Pad D150 is an ultra-soft polishing pad with a diameter of 150 mm, designed for the even and economical application of waxes, sealants and finishing products such as Koch-Chemie Lack-Polish Grün.

The pad is not intended for abrasive paint correction. Its primary purpose is the gentle, uniform application of protective and finishing products while helping prevent streaks and uneven coverage.

Its low 25 mm profile reduces torsional stress on the polishing machine while improving stability and control during application.

Why green?

Green identifies the Polish & Sealing range in Koch-Chemie’s polishing pad colour-coding system. It represents the softest finishing stage and makes the pad’s intended use easy to identify at a glance.

Advantages:

— Economical product use thanks to even distribution across the surface

— Ultra-soft finishing foam; approximate Koch-Chemie ratings: firmness 4/10, cutting performance 2/10

— Larger 150 mm diameter improves working efficiency on large, flat panels

— Milled edge makes it easier to work on curves and complex body contours

— Original Koch-Chemie product

Areas of application:

— Applying Koch-Chemie Lack-Polish Grün or other compatible finishing and protective products

— Even application of wax, sealant or glaze during the final detailing stage

— Final treatment of large body panels such as hoods, roofs and doors before vehicle delivery

— Application of products requiring uniform coverage without streaks or uneven areas

Directions for use:

Attach the pad to a suitable backing plate on a compatible polishing machine. The backing plate should be smaller than the working diameter of the pad and should not extend beyond its edge.

Apply a small amount of the product to the pad and spread it evenly over the working area. Adjust machine speed according to the instructions for the product being applied and the type of polishing machine.

Clean the pad thoroughly after use and allow it to dry completely before reuse
