Heavy Cut Wool Pad Long D135

Koch-Chemie Heavy Cut Wool Pad Long D135 is a polishing pad made from long-pile natural sheepskin, with a diameter of 135 mm, designed for rotary polishing machines. Natural sheepskin offers very high cutting performance, making the pad suitable for quickly removing deep scratches, sanding marks and severe oxidation from paintwork.

It is designed for heavy paint correction with Koch-Chemie Heavy Cut polishing compounds. It can also be used with Fine Cut F6.01 when increased cutting performance is required from the pad-and-polish combination.

Directions for use:

Before first use, work a small amount of polishing compound into the pile to prime the pad and ensure smooth initial contact with the surface.

Attach the pad to a compatible backing plate on a rotary polishing machine. Polish the surface using the selected compound, adjusting the working parameters according to panel temperature and hardness of the paint finish.

Clean the pad regularly during use and after polishing with a suitable pad-cleaning brush to remove accumulated compound residue.

Do not wash the pad in a washing machine unless explicitly permitted by the manufacturer’s instructions for this specific pad.
