Heavy Cut Long Wool Pad D150

Koch-Chemie Heavy Cut Long Wool Pad D150 is a pad made of natural long-haired sheepskin with a diameter of 150 mm for rotary polishing machines. Sheepskin is the most abrasive polishing material in the Koch-Chemie line, so the pad quickly eliminates deep scratches, sanding marks, and severe oxidation on paintwork.

It is optimal for heavy correction with Heavy Cut compounds; it can be used with Fine Cut F6.01 if it is necessary to increase the cutting power of the combination.

What is it used for?

How to use:

Before first use, rub a little compound into the pile of the pad — this ensures a smooth glide over the surface.

Secure the pad to a rotary polishing machine with a compatible backing plate and treat the surface with the selected compound, paying attention to the panel temperature and paint hardness. After work, regularly clean the pad of compound residues with a special brush.

Do not wash in a washing machine unless specified by the manufacturer's instructions for the specific pad.
