POLISHING PASTE Fine Cut F6.01, 1 L

Koch-Chemie Fine Cut (F6.01) is a medium-cut polishing compound with aluminium oxide abrasives, designed to remove moderate paint defects and refine the surface through controlled abrasive action.

It removes wash-induced scratches and holograms, sanding marks up to P2500 grit, and performs effectively even on hard, scratch-resistant clear coats. Fine Cut sits between a heavy-cut compound and a finishing polish, making it a balanced option for noticeable paint correction while maintaining controlled material removal.

The formula is free from silicone oils, so it does not interfere with subsequent sealing or refinishing, and it leaves a high level of gloss after polishing.

Areas of application:

— Wash-induced scratches and holograms caused by automatic brush car washes

— Correction of moderately to heavily weathered paintwork

— Removal of sanding marks up to P2500 grit after localized paint repairs

Directions for use:

Apply the compound to a Fine Cut polishing pad or natural wool pad and work on a clean, prepared surface using a rotary or dual-action polishing machine.

Use cross-hatch passes to work the product evenly across the section. Begin with sufficient pressure to achieve the required cutting action, then gradually reduce pressure as the compound breaks down to refine the finish and increase gloss.

Any remaining haze or polishing marks can be refined with a softer finishing polish.

Work in small sections to ensure an even result.
