Heavy-Cut Polishing Compound Koch-Chemie Heavy Quick Cut B9.01, 1 L

Koch-Chemie Heavy Quick Cut (B9.01) is a heavy-cut polishing compound with very high cutting performance, specially developed for freshly refinished surfaces.

It quickly removes paint overspray, minor paint defects and P1200 or coarser sanding marks after refinishing, while the clear coat is still fresh and more sensitive to polishing.

The compound spreads evenly during use, with low splatter and low dusting, helping maintain a clean and controlled polishing process. Its silicone-oil-free formula is suitable for both soft and hard, scratch-resistant clear coats.

Directions for use:

Apply the compound to a Heavy Cut Pad or sheepskin wool pad and work the surface with a polishing machine at medium speed and moderate pressure, using overlapping cross-hatch passes.

Work in small sections to maintain control over the polishing result. For a more refined finish and higher gloss, follow with a softer finishing polish.

Before use, test for material compatibility on an inconspicuous area. Do not apply to hot surfaces.
