BODY POLISHING PASTE Heavy Cut H9.01, 250 ml

Koch-Chemie Heavy Cut (H9.01) is a heavy-cut polishing compound designed for the correction of severely damaged and weathered paintwork. It uses a homogeneous aluminium oxide abrasive to quickly remove deep scratches, paint overspray and P1200 sanding marks.

The compound remains easy to work with during extended polishing cycles, without becoming excessively sticky or clogging the pad. Despite its high cutting performance, it leaves a comparatively high level of gloss after polishing.

The silicone-oil-free formula is suitable for both soft and hard, scratch-resistant clear coats.

Areas of application:

— Deep scratches and severe paint defects

— Paint overspray on vehicle surfaces

— Correction of heavily weathered and oxidized paintwork

— Removal of P1200 sanding marks after paint or bodywork repair

Directions for use:

Shake well before use. Apply the compound to a dry polishing pad. Use a sheepskin wool pad for stronger cutting performance or a Heavy Cut Pad for a more refined result.

Work the pre-cleaned surface with a rotary or large dual-action polishing machine at medium speed and moderate pressure, using overlapping cross-hatch passes.

Gradually reduce pressure as the polishing cycle progresses. On dark-coloured paintwork, holograms or polishing marks may remain and can be refined with a softer finishing polish.

Remove any remaining compound residue with a clean microfiber towel.

Do not use in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces.
